*Football Match*

In the Police Public Friendship Football Tournament 2023, organized by the Jalpaiguri District Police, the second set of semi-final matches for both men and women took place at the Malbazar Satkar Samity Ground, hosted by the Malbazar PS. These matches featured the Banarhat PS Male Team against the Matelli PS Male Team and the Nagrakata PS Female Team against the Malbazar PS Female Team. The Banarhat PS men's team and the Nagrakata PS women's team emerged victorious in their respective matches. Shri Khandbahale Umesh Ganpat, IPS, SP Jalpaiguri and Shri Wangden Bhutia, IPS, Addl. SP (Rural), Jalpaiguri were present and awarded the trophy to the best players of the matches.
