A woman from Rajganj fell victim to a fraudster who introduced himself as a "Kabiraj" and claimed he could solve family and mental problems through special rituals. Gaining her trust, he convinced her to hand over gold ornaments, silver anklets, and cash for a so-called healing process. Taking advantage of the situation, he fled with the valuables.

Acting promptly on the complaint, Rajganj Police launched an investigation, arrested the accused, and recovered the stolen property from his residence following a raid.
